SHIPPING POLICY
We strive for excellence. We'll get your product shipped within 3 days of order placement or you'll be notified by email. Should you need to cancel the order for any reason prior to shipment, we'll be glad to help you with that.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If your jars arrive damaged we will be glad to replace them. We cannot refund for broken packages but absolutely stand behind getting your product to you unharmed.
We ask that you take a picture of your package just after discovery of the damage. Email it to us and we'll take it from there.
